1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under Philippine law. You are not prohibited from gambling by court order, self-exclusion agreement, or regulatory directive. You acknowledge that gambling with funds derived from illegal activities or while prohibited from gambling violates these Terms and may constitute criminal conduct under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration and Security

All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph288 does not accept foreign currency deposits or cryptocurrency payments at this time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. ph288 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove payment methods, and to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposit methods process instantly, with funds appearing in your account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and third-party payment processor performance. Bank transfers and over-the-counter payments typically process within one (1) to four (4) hours during business hours, or on the next business day if submitted outside banking hours or on weekends and Philippine holidays. ph288 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, e-wallet providers, or other third parties beyond our control.

You are responsible for ensuring that deposit information is entered correctly, including account numbers, reference codes, and payment amounts. ph288 cannot reverse or recover deposits sent to incorrect accounts or with incorrect reference information due to user error. 4.3 Deposit Policies

Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. ph288 does not accept third-party deposits, joint account deposits where you are not the primary account holder, or anonymous deposits. Deposits from payment methods not verified during KYC procedures will be returned, subject to processing fees and administrative charges. 5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.3 Withdrawal Fees and Limits

ph288 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees, which are deducted from the transferred amount by the receiving institution. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account verification level, account history, and payment method, with specific limits displayed in your account dashboard. Users requiring higher withdrawal limits may contact customer support to request increased limits, subject to enhanced verification procedures.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Multiple Accounts

Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, promotions, or other offers is strictly prohibited. ph288 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems including device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, payment method tracking, and behavioral analysis to identify users operating multiple accounts. If we determine you are engaged in bonus abuse through multiple accounts, duplicate registrations, or coordinated activity with other users, we will close all associated accounts, void all wagers and bonuses, and confiscate all deposits and winnings in those accounts.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

We will investigate your complaint and respond within seven (7) business days. 10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance, subject to satisfaction of wagering requirements and verification procedures. ph288 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or conducted any activity that we reasonably believe harms ph288 or other users.

Upon termination for terms violations, ph288 may confiscate account balances, void pending wagers, cancel bonuses, and take any other action necessary to protect our interests and comply with our legal obligations. We may also report suspected criminal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph288 regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

ph288's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ph288.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without ph288's prior written consent. ph288 may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction.
